How to pay for your upcoming booking


To pay for your Jarvis booking, you can choose to update your payment details for us to process payments for you, or you can

When will you process my payment?

 

 

I have already provided my payment details. Why do I need to provide them again?

The Whizz Group uses a different provider from Jarvis for managing payments. As we and Jarvis do not host any payment details, we will have to 

To ensure that your payment details are stored securely, we ask that you provide your payment details again.

 

 

 

When will I get paid?

Payments are made weekly, every Thursday. Please allow 1-3 business days for the funds to arrive in your account.

How much will I get paid?

You will be paid for any cleans you have completed since the last pay period. 

Which bank account will be paid to?

You will be paid to the most recent bank account details that you have provided Jarvis or Whizz Group. If you have been paid by Jarvis in the last 3 months, you will be paid to that same account for any cleans completed in the Whizz Hub app. 

How do I update my payment details?

Please contact us and provide your BSB & Account Number. Our team will reach out and have your bank details updated.

What if I don't agree with my payment amount?

If you have any concerns regarding your pay, kindly contact us. Our Payments team usually responds within 24-48 business hours.
