Adding or Removing Properties (SOP)

Overview

Property Management Groups (PMGs) manage a large portfolio of properties. Their portfolio size is dependent on their success in managing existing properties and onboarding new ones. Whizz services some or all properties in a PMG portfolio. New properties are added to Whizz when they are onboarded by a PMG and sometimes a property is removed from Whizz. This can be due to circumstances out of our control or because a PMG is unhappy with the service provided by Whizz. Property removal is the worst outcome possible for Whizz.

 

GOAL:  Keep properties managed updated

 

Process

A request to add or remove a property must be escalated to the Customer Success Manager.
