Assign a Cleaner (SOP)

Overview

A cleaning team is assigned to a property in the property template. However, sometimes a cleaner has not been assigned, or we need to change the assigned cleaner on an individual booking. The request to be unassigned may come from the cleaning company, or Whizz may initiate the change as part of performance management of the cleaner. When a cleaner is unassigned or assigned to a booking they will receive a notification in the app.

 

GOAL:  Ensure a cleaning company is assigned to every booking

 

Process

A cleaning company may request to be unassigned from a booking or a property.

To assign a cleaning company to a booking

  • Assign a cleaning company to the booking Assign a Cleaning Company (Booking)

  • Communicate all property-specific details and special instructions to the cleaner that will not be easily available in the app

To assign a cleaning company to a property
