Booking Reconciliation Process (SOP)

Overview

Whizz has service agreements with Property Management Groups (PMGs) to manage Airbnb cleans for their properties. The PMGs use different Property Management Systems (PMSs) to manage their properties/bookings. Whizz needs to reconcile the bookings from each PMS to the Admin Portal (AP) to identify any discrepancies in the booking in advance. If anything is missed then Whizz may not communicate the right information to the cleaner.

 

GOAL: Ensure Whizz has the correct information from the PMS to complete every booking

 

Process

Reconciliation occurs across all accounts. The things to check for are:

  • data is matching

  • all additional notes have been added to the booking

  • all cleans are added to the AP from the PMS

To do this:

  • Compare PMS and AP bookings

  • Mark off in the appropriate reconciliation sheet (below) if it is correct

  • Add or correct data in the AP booking
