STR Cleaner provides a quote (SOP)

Many services require a quote before booking.  This quote is sent to the customer for approval before the booking is made.  Cleaners can provide quotes via a web form in Supplier Support or by email.

When a cleaner provides a quote

1. Create quote in AP using preferred service date & earliest start time

1. Enter alternative date and time options in special instructions
2. Price service based on information from cleaner
3. Copy booking ID in AP

2. Once price is finalised

1. Send quote in AP
2. Paste booking ID into support form
3. Use macro: STR Confirm quote sent to PM → ticket is solved
