STR Cleaner requests additional work (SOP)

When a cleaner attends a job, they may find that additional work is required.  This is communicated to Whizz to inform the customer.  The cleaner can request additional work using the web form in Supplier Support or by email.

When a cleaner requests additional work

1. Find PM in AP and copy email address

  1. Use macro STR Request additional work to PM →

2. If PM REPLIES YES

  1. Use macro: STR Approve additional work to SP → ticket is solved

3. If PM REPLIES NO

  1. Use macro: STR NO Approval for additional work to SP → ticket is solved

Follow up

If there is no reply from the property manager it is necessary to follow up.  The time to follow up depends on how soon the job is required (the urgency). 

If NO REPLY from property manager → Escalate to Level 2
