B2C Customer approves quote (SOP)
Many services require a quote to be approved before booking. A customer can approve a quote via a webform in Customer Support, email or phone.
When a customer approves a quote
1. Create booking from quote in AP using preferred service date & earliest start time
- Enter alternative date and time options in special instructions
- Use macro: B2C Customer confirm quote approved and ensure the price is entered → ticket is solved

Escalate to sales team to collect payment
