Absolutely! We encourage cleaners and customers to build a relationship to enhance the positive experience. If you have a cleaning plan then the same cleaner will be assigned to each booking automatically, no further work is needed! If you prefer to book once off cleans please contact the customer care team on 1300 029 290 to discuss having the same cleaner as you've had in the past. Rest assured that all cleaners provide the same high level of service if the original cleaner cannot provide the clean at a time that suits you.
