Customer updates job details (SOP)

Once a job has been booked it is possible for the customer to update the job details. 

A customer can submit a request to update job details in the Whizz App, My Account on the website, through a web form in Customer Support, on the phone or by sending an email.

Update of job details in the Whizz App or My Account require no further action.

When a customer updates job details

1. Update details in AP

2. On ZD ticket use macro: Customer Confirm job update to customer →

It is not necessary to communicate with the cleaner as they receive a notification on the Cleaner App.

If unable to update job details → Escalate to Level 2
